Wir informieren Sie heute darüber, dass die Stiftung Forum EUROPA Luxemburg mit notariellem Akt im Juli 2025 aufgelöst wurde und die Auflösung durch großherzoglichen Erlass am 24. November 2025 genehmigt wurde. Mit der Gründung am 5. März 2002 hat die Stiftung Forum EUROPA in Luxemburg als private gemeinnützige Stiftung ohne Gewinnzweck wichtige Beiträge durch Veröffentlichungen, Veranstaltungen und Projektunterstützungen geleistet. Dies mit dem Ziel, Wissenschaft, Bildung, Forschung, und Kultur zivilgesellschaftlich in Europa und insbesondere in der Großregion SaarLorLux zu fördern und miteinander zu verbinden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Europäische Akademie Otzenhausen (EAO) und weiteren Partnern im Verbund Partner für Europa hat Forum EUROPA Luxemburg dazu beigetragen, die Grenzen in den Köpfen der Menschen der Großregion abzubauen und Europa als lebendigen, gemeinschaftlichen Raum erlebbar zu machen. Die bisher geleistete Arbeit wird jedoch nicht enden: Die Aufgaben und Zielsetzungen von Forum EUROPA Luxemburg werden künftig im Rahmen des Netzwerks „Partner für Europa“ gemeinsam durch die Europäische Akademie Otzenhausen, der Stiftung Europäische Kultur und Bildung (Otzenhausen), der ASKO EUROPA Stiftung (Saarbrücken) und der Stiftung Forum für Verantwortung (Seeheim-Jugenheim) weitergeführt. Wir sind überzeugt, dass damit das Erbe und der Geist unserer Stiftung erhalten bleiben und dass der Gedanke des Vereinten Europas weiterhin lebendig und verbindend gestaltet wird. We hereby inform you that the Foundation Forum EUROPA Luxembourg was dissolved by notarial deed in July 2025, and that this dissolution was approved by grand-ducal decree on 24 November 2025. Since its establishment on 5 March 2002, Forum EUROPA Luxembourg has made significant contributions as a private, non-profit foundation through publications, events, and the support of various projects. Its mission has been to promote and connect science, education, research, and culture within civil society in Europe and particularly in the Greater SaarLorLux Region. In close cooperation with the European Academy of Otzenhausen (EAO) and other partners within the Partner für Europa network, Forum EUROPA Luxembourg has helped to break down mental and cultural barriers within the Greater Region and to make Europe tangible as a vibrant and shared space. The work carried out to date will continue: the objectives and commitments of Forum EUROPA Luxembourg will henceforth be pursued jointly within the “Partner für Europa” network by the European Academy of Otzenhausen, the Stiftung Europäische Kultur und Bildung (Otzenhausen), the ASKO EUROPA-Stiftung (Saarbrücken), and the Stiftung Forum für Verantwortung (Seeheim-Jugenheim). We are confident that this will ensure that the legacy and spirit of our foundation endure, and that the idea of a united Europe continues to be shaped in a lively and unifying manner. Nous vous informons que la fondation Forum EUROPA Luxembourg a été dissoute par acte notarié en juillet 2025, et que cette dissolution a été approuvée par décret grand-ducal le 24 novembre 2025. Depuis sa création le 5 mars 2002, Forum EUROPA Luxembourg a apporté des contributions essentielles en tant que fondation privée sans but lucratif, à travers des publications, des manifestations et le soutien à divers projets. Sa mission consistait à promouvoir et à relier la science, l’éducation, la recherche et la culture au sein de la société civile en Europe et plus particulièrement dans la Grande Région SaarLorLux. En étroite collaboration avec l’Académie Européenne d’Otzenhausen (EAO) et d’autres partenaires du réseau Partner für Europa, Forum EUROPA Luxembourg a contribué à dépasser les frontières mentales et culturelles dans la Grande Région et à faire vivre l’Europe comme un espace commun dynamique et ouvert. Le travail accompli jusqu’ici se poursuivra : les objectifs et engagements de Forum EUROPA Luxembourg seront désormais portés conjointement au sein du réseau « Partner für Europa » par l’Académie Européenne d’Otzenhausen, la Stiftung Europäische Kultur und Bildung (Otzenhausen), l’ASKO EUROPA-Stiftung (Sarrebruck) ainsi que la Stiftung Forum für Verantwortung (Seeheim-Jugenheim).
